Varnyx Games provides technical engineering, multiplatform console/PC/mobile porting, UI/UX design, LiveOps maintenance, and game audio engineering services.

• All commercial development services, timelines, milestones, and payment schedules are governed by individual project Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) documents signed separately.
• Content and technical descriptions on this site are provided for promotional and informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding proposal or contract.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original branding, graphics, code layout, logos, text, and visual designs published on this website are the property of Varnyx Games and protected by international intellectual property laws.

• All third-party trademarks, game titles, console names (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch), and software engine logos (Unreal Engine, Unity) mentioned on this website remain the property of their respective owners.
• Clients retain 100% intellectual property ownership of their game builds, source code, repositories, and game design assets submitted to us under contract.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

We prioritize data privacy and intellectual property protection for unreleased titles and proprietary technology.

Before reviewing any repository access, Game Design Documents (GDD), or source code, Varnyx Games executes a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect all client materials.
